The label <br />was missing the hazardous property and had an incorrect accumulation start date. <br />-One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil was missing an accumulation start date. <br />-One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil was missing an accumulation start date and hazardous property. <br />-One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil was missing the hazardous property and had an incorrect <br />accumulation start date. <br />-One black 55 gallon drum containing abosorbent did not have a label. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br />action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 7/7/22. <br />Wastes generated by this facility: oily liquid, oily solids <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
