Henry to review. Handed to G. Martinez, <br />Senior Office Assistant. <br />Phoned Brandon Espinoza of All Environmental Services 209-648-8060. Left a <br />message regarding needing more information on where he will be leaving the <br />drum and if he had generated a manifest. <br />05/31/2022 Generated photo log SAETERN <br />06/08/2022 While on site for another clean up, Brandon Espinoza of All Environmental SAETERN <br />Services, stated he would like to conduct the clean up at Howard and Crocker <br />today. Informed him that clean up can proceed. Per Brandon, the clean up will <br />take place within the next two hours. <br />Updated J. Alaniz, Lead REHS. <br />Returned to the office. Phoned Brandon Espinoza of All Environmental Services, <br />209-648-8060. Stated they are conducting the clean up within the next 45 minutes. <br />Arrived on site, the roll off was stuck and All Environmental Services crew was <br />trying to fix the problem. <br />Phoned Ted Nishinura of Road Maintenance (209-774-9495), left a voice mail <br />regarding clean up occurring today. Phoned Road Maintenance (209-465-3074), <br />spoke to Bryan Closs, who had informed Ted Nishinura and declared that clean up <br />proceed and they will send someone to verify within a week. <br />Updated J. Alaniz, Lead REHS. <br />Approximately, 16 inches of depth and 20ftx8ft of soil was removed next to the <br />shoulder of the road. Approximately 10 yards of contaminated soil was placed into <br />a 30 yard roll-off. <br />***Note <br />-When asking for the manifest, Brandon Espinoza, stated he does not want ot <br />hand the manifest over because then we "will stop bugging them" and he will not <br />get pay. <br />06/10/2022 Generated photo log.
