PRESTO <br />Called Waste Management and spoke with Route Manager, Henry Fontes. Per <br />Henry there was approximately 2-gallons that spilled. It was quarter to dime sized <br />amounts that leaked about 3 blocks. There was a crack in the pipe. Waste <br />management has already completed clean up. Henry will email me photos on <br />Monday as he does not have his phone with the photo on him at the moment. <br />03/21/2022 Called Henry Fontes to follow up on the clean up photos. Per Henry he just got <br /> <br />PRESTO <br />back to the office but will email the photos to me right now. Received 3 photos of <br />the spill and clean up. <br />03/22/2022 Created complaint. Created Prop 65, placed in bin for processing. PRESTO <br />03/23/2022 On 3/18/2022 at approximately 6:01pm, a spill report and a page came in for a <br />2-gallon hydraulic oil spill that occurred at 2409 Central Park Drive, Lodi. The <br />release occurred as a result of a crack in the hydraulic line. Approximately quarter <br />to dime sized drips were released over approximately 2 to 3 blocks. Waste <br />Management cleaned the released with absorbent sand and has taken the waste <br />back to their yard for future disposal. Photos of the release and clean up were <br />submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health. No storm drains were <br />affected from the release. Clean up as been completed. Disposal records to be <br />reviewed upon next inspection. <br />Inspection report emailed to Henry Fontes, Route Manager on 3/23/2022. <br />Phone call was made to St. Peter Lutheran Church and School (209) 333-2225. <br />spoke with Terrie Hinders, Administrative Assistant and informed her of the <br />release that occurred but has been cleaned up. Terrie said thank you for letting us <br />know. <br />Added daily entry to hazardous waste program to review disposal receipt at next <br />routine inspection. <br />PRESTO <br />09/20/2022 Reviewed packet for abatement.
