SANAOAQUIN <br />—COUNTY— <br />Greatness is here, <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: RESIDENTIAL Date: 03/23/2022 <br />Address: 2409 CENTRAL PARK DR, <br />Owner/Operator: YACOPETTI RONALD & MARGIE TR Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546- RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COUAMZO7Z <br />Responsible Party Contact: HENRY FONTES <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Approximately 2 gallons of hydraulic oil was released from a garbage truck due to a crack in the hydraulic line pipe. The spill <br />was cleaned up by the responsible party with absorbent sand. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On 3/18/2022 at approximately 6:01pm, a spill report and a page came in for a 2-gallon hydraulic oil spill that occurred at 2409 <br />Central Park Drive, Lodi. The release occurred as a result of a crack in the hydraulic line. Approximately quarter to dime sized <br />drips were released over approximately 2 to 3 blocks. Waste Management cleaned the released with absorbent sand and has <br />taken the waste back to their yard for future disposal. Photos of the release and clean up were submitted to San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health. No storm drains were affected from the release. Clean up as been completed. Disposal <br />records to be reviewed upon next routine Central Valley Waste Services (Waste Management) hazardous waste inspection. <br />Inspection report emailed to Henry Fontes, Route Manager on 3/23/2022. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
