COMPLAINANT STATES <br /> HE TOOK THE ORDER TO A BBQ, LATER THAT NIGHT COMPLAINANT BEGAN FEELING SICK, SYMPTOMS <br /> INCLUDED NAUSEA, DIARRHEA,AND VOMITING. COMPLAINANT STATES THE SYMPTOMS LASTED FOR FOUR <br /> DAYS AND THAT 12 OTHER PEOPLE AT THE BBQ BECAME SICK AS WELL WITH SIMILAR SYMPTOMS. NO <br /> DOCTOR WAS SEEN. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Walk-in cooler--37.00°F Meat display case--33.00°F <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint Investigation: Met with manager. Discussed complaint and was granted access to inspect the facility. Inspected the <br /> raw meat display cooler which was currently at 33 F. Inspected the meat walk-in which was currently at 37 F. Hand sink was <br /> supplied with hot water at 100 F, paper towels, and hand soap. Observed the employees. No major violations identified in <br /> food prep,food storage, or food handling.
