Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Sanitizer was not available in back room near 3 comp sink. Have sanitizer available at all times when <br />operating in warewash area. Corrected on site, manager got a bleach bottle from the market and placed it in the warewash <br />area. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Remove blender and keep hand sink <br />accessible for hand washing when operating. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. Post sign on freezer door or each individual bag stating that <br />ice is made and bagged on site with the name and address of the facility included.
