Per the IS/MND, the project consists of the construction of a truck <br /> parking facility for 151 trucks and 151 trailers as part of phase 1, followed by the <br /> construction of three 11,700 square foot buildings for future tenants, with potential uses <br /> including agricultural warehousing, administration offices, auto repair, construction <br /> services, industrial limited manufacturing, farm equipment sales and repair, and truck <br /> sales and services (Project). The Project is located at 878 North Golden Gate Avenue <br /> in Stockton, CA (APN: 143-220-01). <br /> The District offers the following comments at this time regarding the Project: <br /> 1) Construction Emissions <br /> The District recommends, to reduce impacts from construction-related diesel <br /> exhaust emissions, the Project should utilize the cleanest available off-road <br /> construction equipment. <br /> 2) Ind ustrialMarehouse Emission Reduction Strategies <br /> The Project includes the construction of three buildings that may allow for industrial <br /> limited manufacturing and agricultural warehouse.
