SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> CC)U ,IN I Y <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> United#5446 1 1403 W COUNTRY CLUB BLVD, STOCKTON March 16, 2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 317 CCR 2636(f)(2) Failure of the line leak detector to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10 psi and restrict or shut off flow. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 91 VMI line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the leak detector, retested it, and it passed. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 4/15/2023. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($156).
