SAN JOAQU I N <br />CC) U,IN I Y <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />1 <br />Date: <br />United # 5446 <br />1403 W COUNTRY CLUB BLVD, STOCKTON <br />March 16, 2023 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />317 <br />CCR 2636(f)(2) Failure of the line leak detector to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10 psi and restrict or shut off flow. <br />OBSERVATION: The 91 VMI line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the leak detector, retested it, and it passed. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 4/15/2023. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($156).
