The use is compatible with adjoining land uses . <br /> • This finding can be made because , with the recommended Conditions of Approval , the <br /> proposed use will not interfere with nor alter the current land uses on adjacent properties . <br /> The existing approved winery with the related accessory events is a compatible land use <br /> with the adjoining properties and is consistent with General Plan and Development Title <br /> requirements . The surrounding land uses are agricultural with scattered residences to the <br /> north , south , east , and west .
