All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed the dishwasher currently not sanitizing at a minimum chlorine concentration of 50 Parts Per <br />Million (PPM). Ensure dishwasher is sanitizing at a minimum of 50 PPM chlorine at all times. This was corrected on site. <br />(MAJOR) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. (113984(e), 114097, <br />114099.1, 114099.4, 114099.6, 114101 (b-d), 114105, 114109, 114111, 114113, 114115 (a, b, d), 114117, 114125(b), 114135, 114141) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following was observed: <br />-Paper towel dispenser in the women's restroom was not operational. This was corrected on site. <br />-Paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom was not operational. This was corrected on site. <br />-Paper towel dispenser at the kitchen hand sink was not operational. <br />-The men's restroom lacked soap. <br />Ensure paper towel and soap dispensers are stocked and in good working order at all times. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a bowl of cut lemon stored in the beverage dispenser ice bin. Do not store food/items in ice <br />maker. This was corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. (113984 (a, b, c, d, f), 113986, 114060, <br />114067(a, d, e, j), 114069(a, b), 114077, 114089.1 (c), 114143 (c)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed plastic containers in dry storage room without labels. Containers holding food that is removed <br />from their original packages shall be identified with the common name of the food. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving.
