<br />OBSERVATIONS: Prepackaged food items on the retail shelves were observed with dust. Clean food items today.
<br />Several bags of meat were observed open inside the walk-in cooler. Store food items in closed containers with tight fitting
<br />lids to avoid cross contamination. Correct today.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Walk-in cooler door gasket was observed coming loose. Repair/replace gasket so that it is in good
<br />working order. Correct within two weeks.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand sink near the restroom and the three compartment sink were observed unsecured to the wall.
