Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: LA PALOMA MEAT MARKET, 5 E SONORA ST, STOCKTON 95203 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following was observed: <br />-Base tile off wall at meat cutting room doorway <br />-Missing floor tiles behind the left side meat display case <br />-Damaged flooring in the former restroom/mop sink room (around drain and toilet) <br />-Baseboard damage near the walk-in cooler entrance <br />-Loose and/or cracked tiles in front of the three compartment sink and the left meat display case <br />Repair/replace floors and bases with approved flooring so that floors and bases are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent. <br />Correct within 30 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
