It has been a while. More than likely you are extremely busy these days. I just wanted to bring <br />you up to speed on Valley Pacific's return to compliance for the Stockton facility at 166 Frank West Circle. We have <br />incorporated the yard secondary containment measures described in our SPCC Plan. This included installaƟon of a berm <br />at the entrance to our facility. The concrete berm was completed early last month but was painted last week. I have <br />included a few pictures for your reference. This email plus the informaƟon provided in June should correct the issues <br />noted in the Hazardous Waste Program and APSA Program inspecƟon from earlier this year. Please let us know if you had <br />any quesƟons, comments, or concerns regarding our return to compliance.
