Maintain the SB-180 sign posted in public view at all times. Correct prior to operation. <br /> Hand-washing signs that notify food employees to wash their hands were not posted in the restrooms designated for food <br /> employees. Maintain hand-washing signs posted in the food employee-designated restrooms at all times.
