<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed market walk-in condensate hose going into 2 comp sink. Provide approved waste water
<br />receptacle for condensate line such as floor sink. Provide drainage into approved receptacle and maintain 1 in. minimum air
<br />gap. Correct within 1 week and email evidence of correction to dafonskaia@sjgov.org
