Seal <br />cracks/holes and provide smooth, cleanable surface. Correct within 3 weeks. <br />Observed chips and cracks in paint on market walk-in walls and ceiling. Provide smooth cleanable surfaces in market <br />walk-in. Correct within 3 weeks. <br />Observed damaged wall and foam under meat department hand and prep sinks and under kitchen 3 comp sink. Remove <br />foam and repair wall to provide smooth, cleanable surface. Correct within 1 month. <br />Observed damaged/missing coving under meat department hand/prep sinks and in kitchen under 3 comp sink and outside <br />market walk-in. Replace with approved coving within 1 month. Check with EHD prior to installed coving. <br />Observed damaged floor tiles in meat department under hand/prep sinks, around kitchen 3 comp sink, and in restrooms. <br />Replace with approved flooring within 1 month. Check with EHD prior to installing flooring. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed.
