EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE There is an existing septic system at 1000 East Roth Road (198-200-050). The existing septic system includes an engineered commercial system consisting of a 2,000-gallon concrete tank with two compartments, and six 100-foot long leach lines. The septic system and leach field were installed in 1994. The system is permitted for commercial use and is utilized 365 days a year (Appendix C). 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY One liquid wastewater septic permit is on record at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for 1000 and 1012 East Roth Road, California. The permits are summarized below: • EHD permit SR0002852 dated April 1994 for installation of a new commercial septic system at 1000 East Roth Road. • EHD permit SR0080276 dated February 2019 for a percolation test at 1012 East Roth Road. Copies of the permits are provided in Appendix C. 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY There are no septic wastewater repair/addition permits on file at the EHD for 1000 and 1012 East Roth Road, French Camp, California. 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA Neighboring properties are zoned for miscellaneous, commercial, residential, and agricultural land use. Several liquid waste permits are on record at the EHD for installation and repair of septic systems surrounding the subject property. 3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY The following is a summary of information based on new septic system installation permits currently on file with EHD. ADDRESS: 889 E. Roth Road LOCATION: 700 feet to west SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date December 1990; repair/addition of septic system: add one 60-foot-long leach line.
