EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There is an existing septic system at 1000 East Roth Road (198-200-050). The existing <br /> septic system includes an engineered commercial system consisting of a 2,000-gallon <br /> concrete tank with two compartments, and six 100-foot long leach lines. The septic <br /> system and leach field were installed in 1994. The system is permitted for commercial <br /> use and is utilized 365 days a year (Appendix C). <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> One liquid wastewater septic permit is on record at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) for 1000 and 1012 East Roth Road, California. <br /> The permits are summarized below: <br /> • EHD permit SR0002852 dated April 1994 for installation of a new commercial <br /> septic system at 1000 East Roth Road. <br /> • EHD permit SR0080276 dated February 2019 for a percolation test at 1012 East <br /> Roth Road. <br /> Copies of the permits are provided in Appendix C. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no septic wastewater repair/addition permits on file at the EHD for 1000 and <br /> 1012 East Roth Road, French Camp, California. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for miscellaneous, commercial, residential, and <br /> agricultural land use. Several liquid waste permits are on record at the EHD for installation <br /> and repair of septic systems surrounding the subject property. <br /> 3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The following is a summary of information based on new septic system installation permits <br /> currently on file with EHD. <br /> ADDRESS: 889 E.
