SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: YRC FREIGHT Date: 02/10/2023 <br /> Address: 1535 E PESCADERO AVE, TRACY <br /> Owner/Operator: YRC INC Telephone: <br /> Program Element: 2546-RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint#: COYJQOAZE <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> ONE GALLON JUG OF HYDROCHLORIC ACID WAS CRUSHED ON THE TRAILER CAUSING THE RELEASE ONTO <br /> THE DOCK. NO WATERWAYS OR STORM DRAINS WERE IMPACTED. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> EHD received CalOES spill report#23-1095. The responsible party's environmental contractor, Hazmat 1, retained Patriot <br /> Environmental Services to conduct clean up. Per Phillip Stark,with Hazmat 1,the impacted cardboard was packed into a <br /> 95-gallon overpack drum and the gallon jug along with other clean up material was placed in a 15-gallon drum. In total 1 <br /> 95-gallon and 1 15-gallon poly drum of waste were generated. Waste generated will be stored on site pending disposal.
