' Lilft& <br />415=or <br />SAWOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Greatness grows here <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 11:23 am <br />Time Out: 11:35 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: SHERMANS 5 BUFFET Date: 02/23/2023 <br />Address: 5620 N PERSHING AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Owner/Operator: WEN, BING Telephone (209) 762-2688 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055601 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />IN THE BACK ALLEY OF THE BUSINESS THE EMPLOYEES ARE KEEPING FOOD IN PLASTIC TUBS IN THE OPEN <br />AIR. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Facility is unaware of complaint. Per facility no food is kept in the back alley behind the restaurant. No food items observed in <br />the back alley behind restaurant. Several empty plastic tubs and buckets were observed in alleyway behind the florist shop. <br />Per restaurant these tubs and buckets do no belong to restaurant and no food is kept in alleyway. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
