<br />OBSERVATIONS: There was no sanitizer in the bucket in the prep sink near the stove, the other sanitizer bucket had
<br />200-300 ppm quat. Provide 200 ppm quat minimum sanitizing solution in all sanitizer buckets. Correct immediately.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: When walking on walk-in freezer floor, it sounded like there was ice underneath the floor panels. There
<br />some ice on the plastic curtain in walk-in freezer. Per supervisor the door is going to be serviced as it is not closing properly.
<br />Clean and repair as necessary.

<br />Seal gaps and provide smooth, cleanable surface within 3 weeks.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
