Repair gap so that floor surface is <br /> smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material which is easily cleaned. These floor surfaces shall be coved <br /> at the juncture at the floor and wall with a three-eighths(3/8)inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at <br /> least four(4)inches. Rubber or vinyl top set base is not permitted in these areas. Correct prior to operation. <br /> One ceiling screen was observed with a hole. Repair screen to prevent the entrance of vermin prior to operation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish all clean and soiled linen <br /> shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be <br /> kept vermin proof. Maintain the SB-180 sign posted in public view at all times. Correct prior to operation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room, directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash <br /> hands after using the restroom(113953.5)(b)No smoking signs shall be posted in food preparation, food storage, warewashing, and <br /> utensil storage areas(113978). (c)Consumers shall be notified that clean tableware is to be used when they return to self-service areas <br /> such as salad bars and buffets. (d)Any food facility constructed before January 1, 2004, without public toilet facilities,shall prominently <br /> post a sign within the food facility in a public area stating that toilet facilities are not provided(113725.1, 114381 (e)). Proper posting of <br /> nutritional information at facilities with 20 or more chains in California(114094). <br /> #64 Lack of Proper Owner Identification <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The mobile food facility currently lacks the name of owner in one-inch font. Post this information on each <br /> side of the mobile food unit and send photos to(baker@sjgov.org or text photos to 209-616-3046 prior to permit issuance. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The business name or the name of the operator, city state and ZIP code,and the name of the permittee if <br /> different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility.[§114299(a)] 2.
