Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed rodent droppings on the floor next to the water heater, underneath the 3-compartment sink, <br />and on the retail shelf where toilet tissue and motor oil containers are sold. Clean and sanitize these areas immediately. <br />Discard any contaminated food items. Increase pest control services as necessary.
