Store food items item labeled containers once bag/packaging <br />is opened. Correct today. <br />The writing on white containers was faded and hard to read. Provide legible labels on containers today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed cardboard box used for utensil storage on top of old fryer that is used for storage. Remove cardboard and provide <br />cleanable surface today. <br />Observed debris on exhaust hood interior and on fire suppression piping. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed wood boards installed on wall above 3 comp sink. Paint wood and provide cleanable surface within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
