ATE THE GRAPES OVER THE NEXT COUPLE <br />OF DAYS. ON 2/8 COMPLAINANT WOKE UP ABOUT 3/3:30AM. STOMACH FELT QUEASY AND WAS DEHYDRATED. COMPLAINANT DRANK <br />WATER AND VOMITED AFTERWARDS. COMPLAINANT STATE THIS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES. COMPLAINANT ALSO HAD DIARRHEA. <br />COMPLAINANT STATES AT ONE POINT THAT MORNING THEY PASSED OUT AND FELL ON THE FLOOR. COMPLAINANT LATER NOTICED <br />THEY HAD LACERATIONS THAT WERE BLEEDING ON THEIR FACE AND OVER THEIR EYE. COMPLAINANT STATES THEY FELT QUEASY AND <br />NOT RIGHT MOST OF 2/8. COMPLAINANT WENT TO ST. JOSEPH'S ER ON 2/8 ABOUT NOON. ST. JOSEPH'S DID BLOOD TESTS WHICH CAME <br />BACK NEGATIVE AND DID A CT WHICH DID NOT SHOW BLEEDING IN THE COMPLAINANT'S BRAIN. COMPLAINANT WAS SEEN BY DR. <br />SCOTT BUGFTH AND WAS DISCHARGED ABOUT 10/10:30PM ON 2/8. COMPLAINANT WENT HOME AND WENT TO BED AND FELT BETTER <br />THE NEXT MORNING, 2/9. COMPLAINANT ATE BREAKFAST WHICH SETTLED OK. LATER COMPLAINANT ATE MORE OF THE GRAPES AND <br />STATES HIS STOMACH STARTED TURNING AND HAD SIMILAR STOMACH SYMPTOMS AS BEFORE. COMPLAINANT STATES THEY WERE <br />SICK THE REST OF THE DAY ON 2/9. WOKE UP FELLING BETTER ON 2/10. No major violations. No BAKER <br />re-inspection. <br />Facility is unaware of complaint and has not received any similar complaints. No <br />employees have called in sick recently. Grapes are received at the loading dock <br />and moved to the produce walk-in cooler and then moved to the cooler in the <br />produce department for sale. Produce walk-in cooler was observed at 41 F. <br />Green and purple grapes are stored 6 inches or more off the ground. No sources <br />of cross contamination observed. Grapes have different countries of origin and <br />labels depending on the time of year. Grapes are currently received from Peru <br />and Chile. Grapes are kept under refrigeration on the retail floor as well. The <br />cooler was observed at 41F. No sources of cross contamination observed. No <br />grapes observed moldy, damaged or adulterated in any way. Facility has hot and <br />cold water and complete hand washing stations.
