ATE THE GRAPES <br />OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ON 2/8 COMPLAINANT WOKE UP ABOUT 3/3:30AM. STOMACH FELT QUEASY <br />AND WAS DEHYDRATED. COMPLAINANT DRANK WATER AND VOMITED AFTERWARDS. COMPLAINANT STATE <br />THIS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES. COMPLAINANT ALSO HAD DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT STATES AT ONE POINT <br />THAT MORNING THEY PASSED OUT AND FELL ON THE FLOOR. COMPLAINANT LATER NOTICED THEY HAD <br />LACERATIONS THAT WERE BLEEDING ON THEIR FACE AND OVER THEIR EYE. COMPLAINANT STATES THEY <br />FELT QUEASY AND NOT RIGHT MOST OF 2/8. COMPLAINANT WENT TO ST. JOSEPH'S ER ON 2/8 ABOUT NOON. <br />ST. JOSEPH'S DID BLOOD TESTS WHICH CAME BACK NEGATIVE AND DID A CT WHICH DID NOT SHOW <br />BLEEDING IN THE COMPLAINANTS BRAIN. COMPLAINANT WAS SEEN BY DR. SCOTT BUGFTH AND WAS <br />DISCHARGED ABOUT 10/10:30PM ON 2/8. COMPLAINANT WENT HOME AND WENT TO BED AND FELT BETTER <br />THE NEXT MORNING, 2/9. COMPLAINANT ATE BREAKFAST WHICH SETTLED OK. LATER COMPLAINANT ATE <br />MORE OF... <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Facility is unaware of complaint and has not received any similar complaints. No employees have called in sick recently. <br />Grapes are received at the loading dock and moved to the produce walk-in cooler and then moved to the cooler in the <br />produce department for sale. Produce walk-in cooler was observed at 41 F. Green and purple grapes are stored 6 inches or <br />more off the ground. No sources of cross contamination observed. Grapes have different countries of origin and labels <br />depending on the time of year. Grapes are currently received from Peru and Chile. Grapes are kept under refrigeration on <br />the retail floor as well. The cooler was observed at 41F. No sources of cross contamination observed.
