THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED AND EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE <br />WITH NO INJURIES. THE REPORTING PARTY IS ON SCENE FOR THE CLEANUP. He indicated the area probably was contaminated with <br />diesel, def, and motor oil. I indicated to make a spill report, and that after i receive <br />the spill report i will drive there. Received the spill report, and arrived on site. <br />Witnessed 2 semi trucks burnt down, one of the trucks contained two saddle tanks <br />with a combined 60 gallons of fuel. The oil pan in both trucks appeared to be <br />damaged by the fire. Was not able to send a notice to abate due to having to <br />return to the office. <br />10/04/2022 Completed narratives, reviewed email discussing complaint. Generated complaint ERNEST <br />number. <br />10/04/2022 Discussed with F. Ernest, REHS, regarding the current situation with the clean-up SAETERN <br />process. <br />10/06/2022 Updated and turned in prop 65s, completed notice to abate and sent notice to ERNEST <br />abate to henry@alegretrucking.com, responsible party environmental contact. <br />Received prop 65 with notes to correct. Updated prop 65 and placed document on <br />John Alaniz EHD desk. <br />Added information to notice to abate. <br />Added check mark for closing providing manifests for disposal. <br />Called Henry Rotor and discussed clean up. He indicated the site has nothing to <br />do with Alegra trucking and that he would provide the owner operators of the semi <br />trucks as the responsible party. <br />10/06/2022 An indicated time of 2:00pm was given to meet all environmental services on the ERNEST <br />site of the hazardous material spill. Arrived on site at approximate 2pm.
