Reviewed ERNEST <br />email sent by Henry Rotor Sr. providing an updated responsible party. <br />Updated responsible party information along with adding the corrective action <br />submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. <br />Printed 5104 5105 log 2 and er response log. <br />02/16/2023 Received a call from Hugh Galyean, Custard Insurance Adjuster, 706 307 0807, <br />asking for information on a spill Fred Ernest responded to. Informed him that we <br />witnessed cleanup. He stated he would email me the final disposal record and <br />waste profile. The manifest is 003537459GBF. <br />02/23/2023 Received manifest and analytical results from lead senior. Forwarded from Hugh <br />Galyean, CHMM, Environmental Specialist, Custard Insurance Adjusters, Inc.. <br />Printed emails, manifest and analytical results. <br />Reviewed Log2. Searched for photos in Fred's phone photos folder. None were <br />found. Searched in Staff Sharing folder for photos or anything related to this <br />complaint - none were found. Generated ER01 and made a site map with <br />estimated area based on APN listed on complaint. Generated notice to abate from <br />Fred Ernest's daily serial number. Arranged packet. <br />Reviewed analytical results, universal waste manifest and straight bill of ladings. <br />To discuss with lead senior. Generated complete manifest for 003537459GBF <br />from DTSC website. Printed and placed in packet. <br />Discussed with lead senior. Called Hugh and left him a voicemail.
