COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />10:55 am <br />10:25 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: TOWER PARK WATERFRONT GRILLE Date: 02/28/2023 <br />Address: 14900 W HWY 12 , LODI 95242 <br />Owner/Operator: STOCKTON DELTA RESORT LLC Telephone: (209) 354-8706 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055439 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT WENT TO FACILITY AND NOTICED A REALLY FOUL ODOR THAT HIT THEM AS SOON AS THEY <br />OPENED THE DOOR. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT IT SMELLS LIKE RATS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Manager was not aware of complaint. <br />Facility is serviced weekly by Ecolab for pest control, observed invoice from 2/9/23. <br />No strong foul odor was detected in kitchen, bar, dining, restrooms, or walk-in areas during the inspection. <br />There was a slight gas smell in the kitchen. EHD recommends contacting PG&E to investigate. <br />There were slight cleaning chemical smells at the bar and restrooms. <br />Discussed report with Kathy DeGoede, Assistant General Manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
