All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand sink at the banquet bar needs a paper towel dispenser. Provide paper towel dispenser within 1 <br />week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the banquet bar 3 comp sink was 101 and the hand sink was 87 F. Provide hot water at 120 <br />F minimum at the 3 comp sink and at 100 F minimum at the hand sink. Corrected on site. <br />The water at the men's and women's nonadjustable hand sinks was below 100 F. Provide 100-108 F warm at these hand <br />sinks. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed raw meat stored over cooked meat in left 3 D Spartan. Store raw meat under or completed <br />separate from non raw meat items. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. Store ice scoops in cleanable <br />containers or on hooks when not in use to prevent contamination. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br />food and food-contact surfaces.
