Provide hot water at 120 <br />F minimum at the 3 comp sink and at 100 F minimum at the hand sink. Corrected on site. <br />The water at the men's and women's nonadjustable hand sinks was below 100 F. Provide 100-108 F warm at these hand <br />sinks.
