The revised SPCC Plan is attached. <br /> • For failure to implement the SPCC Plan,the annual inspection has been completed and is attached. The prior <br /> three years of the Regional Facility Services Quarterly Maintenance Walkthrough Forms are included in the link <br /> below,which is good for 7 days. These inspection forms are being maintained on site with the SPCC Plan. <br /> o https://we.tl/t-HhbZwgBAfu <br /> • For failure for the plan to adequately detail information and procedures for reporting a discharge, the attached <br /> revised SPCC Plan includes the correct phone number for the San Joaquin County CUPA in Table 2-4. <br /> • The revised SPCC Plan also includes the PE Certification of the Technical Amendment for raising the AST fill <br /> boxes (Section 2.2.1.2). <br /> The Return to Compliance form is also attached.
