A gentleman <br />picked up the call but refused to identify themselves and requested that I should <br />call back. <br />Updated E. Manzo. <br />Return phone call after 15 minutes. Could not leave a voice message, the phone <br />line continued to ring. <br />Recorded by <br />SAETERN <br />04/26/2022 Received email from Lydia regarding possible drug lab complaint. Replied back. <br />04/26/2022 Received spill report 22-2354 regarding a chemical smell that has been going on <br />for two weeks. Arrived on site and met with complainants. They said the smell is <br />mostly at night but could be day time too. It smells differently all the time. <br />Sometimes it smells like a chemical (bug spray or Round-up), exhaust, dog poop, <br />battery acid or marijuana/skunk. Happens usually from 2-3 am in the morning. <br />Inside you can't smell it. One complainant has been to the ER three times. It <br />makes you feel dizzy, headache, nausea, lightheaded and takes the breath away. <br />Complainants know which neighbor is doing this but are afraid of retaliation so <br />they will not say who. Possible meth lab, honey oil extraction or illegal burning <br />causing smell. Sheriff department and fire department have been notified. They <br />would like to know if there are any resources for this. <br />Referred complaint to Scott Sangalang (Lead Sr. REHS) for code <br />enforcement/teams site visit. <br />04/26/2022 Generated complaint. <br />04/29/2022 Received e-mail from M. Henry, Program coordinator, noting that the Stockton <br />Fire Department responded to the complaint.
