Please see the site <br />map attached (Appendix 1). <br />Incident Background: <br />On 25 Jan 22, at 0718 ET, ERTS was contacted by Penske regarding a 20-gallon diesel fuel <br />release on concrete due to a truck (# MTRN145311) accident. The release was at 24450 Hanson <br />Road in Tracy, CA. No storm drains or waterways were reported to be impacted by the release. It <br />was later determined that approximately 100 gallons released to the concrete only. <br />Emergency Response: <br />On 25 Jan 22, Penske retained Emergency Response and Training Solutions (ERTS) to manage <br />and oversee environmental operations.
