<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed electric griddle and induction hot plate on counter in kitchen. Per operator the griddle is used
<br /> for pancakes only and the hot plate is used to cook eggs and omelets on a skillet and to finish reheating soup after it is
<br /> microwaved. Facility does not have an exhaust hood. Discontinue cooking omelets with meats or meats at skillet and/or
<br /> skillet without exhaust hood, only reheating soups and cooking pancakes and eggs without meats can be done. Correct
<br /> today.
<br /> Observed debris on Moffat Turbo Air oven interior, top and on tray under oven. Clean today and maintain clean.
<br /> The faucet head at the restroom hand sink was loose. Secure/repair within 1 week.
<br /> The top panel was removed at the ice machine, per operator they are awaiting delivery of a part to repair machine. The ice
<br /> machine is currently being used. Install panel when ice machine is in use and repair ice machine once part is received.
