Per employee it is not used. Provide hot <br />and cold water with hot water at 120 F minimum prior to using sink. <br />The equipment/utensils at the bar are washed at the kitchen dishwasher. <br />Discussed report with Frank Alimbini, Manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />Maintain a copy of this report on site. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
