Complaint Investigation Summary Repbrt #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00055330 Site Location: 14301 E LIVE OAK RD <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />11/02/2022 Contacted by Patti Gonzales. She indicated that she is considering to GIRARDI <br />remove/destroy the septic tank. I told her that destroying the septic tank would <br />require the septic destruction permt which is 156.00 and would need to be caved <br />in on the top and filled in with clean sand, dirt, or gravel. Also, the plumbing <br />fixtures inside the dwelling unit would need to be removed to ensure that there is <br />no wastewater being generated without proper disposal. The complaint would then <br />be closed once the septic destruction permit is signed off. She was receptive to <br />this option. She will contact the front counter to discuss the permit submittal <br />requirements. I will email her the septic destruction procedure handout for <br />additional assistance. <br />11/14/2022 Contacted by Jim Harries with CDD Code Enforcement 209-468-3134. Answered GIRARDI <br />questions regarding the location of the illegal dwelling unit and septic tank and a <br />brief history based in the property owner's statements made during the site visit. <br />He will go out there and contact me if he needs any further assistance. <br />01/30/2023 Site visit conducted, septic tank is properly destroyed under permit SR0086007. GIRARDI <br />The sewage discharge lines from the dwelling unit are removed and according to <br />the property owner, Patricia, her husband is no longer living in the dwelling unit <br />and is living with their daughter.
