Operation and employee training records shall be maintained for 3 years and made available for inspection. A written <br />Infection Prevention and Control Plan (IPCP) shall be maintained, followed and updated. HSC 119313 — Update the <br />information on sections F, G-3, H and Q of the Infection Prevention and Control Plan. Provide EHD with an updated <br />copy of the IPCP. <br />Correct all observations listed above and pay all applicable fees <br />by March 22, 2022. <br />Notes: <br />1. Inspection report was emailed to facility owner, Andrew & Brittney Soldana, at artisticbingeCc�pmail.com. <br />2. The facility owners have ordered the Medical Waste Machine for sharps disposal. The sharps waste disposal method is <br />approved by the EHD. A log of usage and disposal will be kept at the facility to be reviewed by the EHD upon request. <br />3. Stericycle will be used for sharps waste disposal until the Medical Waste Machine is delivered to the facility. <br />4. Ensure the Bloodborne Pathogen Training Certificate is posted in a conspicuous place. <br />Reinspection on/about: A reinspection fee of $152 per hour may be charged.
