<br />Observed some ice build up on ceiling and floor in walk-in freezer. Clean within 1 week and repair as necessary.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The air curtain was turned off at the drive thru service window during the inspection. Air curtain must be
<br />on when the service window is open. Corrected on site.
<br />The drive thru service window was not working properly, service window stopped halfway and did not close easily. Provide
<br />fully self-closing service window within 2 weeks.
