Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Current temperature at 82°F <br /> Per manager on site, The AC system was repaired. but the temperature started to go up today. <br /> Per manager the normal temperature is about 72°. <br /> The temperature has to be comfortable in the facility for working and prevent sweating on the food. The AC system has to <br /> functioned as required.
