COMPLAINANT STATES ROUGHLY 6 HOURS LATER SHE BEGAN FEELING SICK <br /> WITH SYMPTOMS CONSISTING ON VOMITING DIARRHEA,AND SEVERE CRAMPS. COMPLAINANT STATES SHE <br /> HAS NOT SEEN A DOCTOR AND THAT SHE IS STILL EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES <br /> HER MOTHER IS SUFFERING FROM LESS SEVERE SYMPTOMS WHICH CONSIST OF HEADACHE AND CRAMPING <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Manager states that about 80 items containing al pastor chicken are <br /> sold daily and no similar complaints have been received. Per Manager, no employees have been ill. <br /> Checked temperature for cheese, al pastor chicken, cold holding veggies, and refrigerators. Per manager,when protein is <br /> cooked it is temped and then put into the hot hold.
