Drums are stored on <br />spill pallets in the Warehouse and in the Processing Room. <br /> <br />610 – The National Response Center phone number was included in Canary’s previous SPCC <br />Plan dated June 20, 2022 in section 2.2.3 and the Emergency Response Agency Notification <br />form in Appendix 5. The date of incident, whether any evacuations occurred and names of <br />individuals/organizations that have been contacted have been included in the draft SPCC Plan <br />dated April 27, 2023 on page 3. <br /> Internal notifications: <br />Facility personnel will first contain the spill if safe to do so, and then immediately notify <br />the Response <br />Coordinator (or alternate, if necessary) to provide the following information: <br />• Onsite location of the spill; <br />• Date and time of the spill; <br />• Type of material spilled; <br />• Estimated quantity spilled; <br />• Source of the spill; <br />• Affected media; <br />• Cause of the spill; <br />• Any evacuations, damages or injuries; and <br />• Remedial actions undertaken and names of individuals/organizations that have been <br />contacted. <br /> <br />Item # 613 - T-127, methanol storage tank, does is not oil and is not subject to SPCC or APSA. <br />The 550-gallon diesel tank was included in Canary’s previous SPCC Plan dated June 20, 2022 in <br />Table A, Table B and F2 – Facility Diagram. Table A described the location of the 550-gallon <br />diesel tank in the Oil Tank Farm. The Oil Tank Farm was described to have an approximate <br />secondary containment capacity of 26,147 gallons in section 2.4.1. The updated draft of the <br />SPCC Plan dated April 27, 2023 contains the description of the general and specific containment <br />for the 550-gallon diesel tank and the drums stored in the Warehouse. <br /> <br />Item # 614 The drip pans were inspected and were moved to the warehouse. <br /> <br />Item # 629 – The updated draft of the SPCC Plan dated April 27, 2023 contains an expanded <br />description to meet 40 CFR 112.7(j). <br /> This SPCC Plan has been prepared in general conformance with the requirements of <br />Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112. The U.S. EPA has not delegated implementation <br />and enforcement of the SPCC program to the State of California and thus retains authority. The <br />Facility is also subject to the California Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (Health and Safety <br />Code Chapter 6.67, Section 25270) as total petroleum storage at the site is greater than 1,320 <br />gallons. Per Health Safety Code Chapter 6.67, Section 25270.4.5, the Facility has prepared an <br />SPCC plan using the format required by Part 112. <br />
