Operator MURO <br />granted entrance to inspect facility. Observed that the floors in the front service <br />area, kitchen, and back storage area had food debris. Observed a live cockroach <br />on the front service area floor. Employee captured and discarded of the pest <br />immediately. Inspected underneath equipment, food storage areas, and food prep <br />areas.
