FACILITY WILL REMAIN <br /> CLOSED UNTIL THIS DEPARTMENT CONDUCTS AN INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br /> Restaurant is ok to open. Spoke with Nick from Jorgensen Company. Ansul system has been completely cleaned and <br /> re-charged. Ansul system will be completed when micro switches are replaced today. Cooking equipment and surrounding <br /> area was cleaned and sanitized with Smart Power Sink and Surface Cleaner Sanitizer. Cooking oil in fryers was drained and <br /> replaced. Electricity and gas to the entire building was not shut off. <br /> Discussed inspection report with Patrick Fink(Managing Partner).
