Requests for a <br />public hearing must state the nature of the issues to be <br />raised at the hearing and must be submitted in writing to DHS <br />at the above address by July 30, 1988. If a public hearing is <br />scheduled, a public notice stating the time, date, and <br />location of the hearing will be made at least 30 days prior to <br />the hearing. <br />DHS and EPA will formally respond in writing to all comments <br />submitted during this public notice period. Both DHS and EPA <br />encourage all interested persons and organizations to <br />participate in this public review phase.
