SANGALANG <br />Called one of the complaints and let them know that it was decided that the camp SUSZYCKI <br />would cleaned and closed by September 6th. <br />Started Evaluation. Attended evaluation meeting. Inquired <br />WONG <br />background and requirement of site project and goals from Scott, as well as <br />relevant contact information and players <br />08/17/2022 Evaluation form <br />08/18/2022 Emails with Ninette Lee of CA State Lands Commission, Zoey M (CC), and <br />Assessor/Recorder Office. <br />08/19/2022 Emails with Assessor Office, David T (PW), etc. <br />08/19/2022 ERT evaluation and review form. <br />08/30/2022 Emailed Sandy R (CAO) again to try to get signed eval. <br />Sandy sent signed eval back. <br />08/31/2022 Emailed ERT group the signed finalized Eval form and reminded them of Friday's <br />posting. <br />09/01/2022 Prepared notices and pamphlets for tomorrow's posting. <br />09/02/2022 Site visit to post the 72-hr Notice. <br />09/06/2022 Spoke with Eric A. Roland B is on site with their crew and SO. They are giving <br />homeless some extra time to remove their belongings. <br />09/06/2022 Visited the camp and observed the clean-up. Sheriffs deputies and Public Works <br />were on-site. One of the camps occupants was complaining about there not being <br />a notice to vacate. The original posting was removed and Public Works was going <br />to put up another one. The Sheriffs deputies informed the occupants that they <br />would need to leave. Due to the size of the camp and equipment trouble, the <br />clean-up may take two days.
