Blackstone St. <br />Incident City, State: 93274 <br />Incident County: Tulare County <br />California EMA Reference # 23-0690 <br />Tulare County CUPA Reference # None Provided <br />ERTS Project # 170652 <br />To Whom It May Concern, <br />The following serves as the final report detailing environmental cleanup and remediation <br />activities for the incident that occurred at the above referenced location on January 12, 2023. <br />Please see the site map attached (Appendix 1). <br />Incident Background: <br />On January 12, 2023, at 0551 ET, Love's Travel Stops #223 personnel discovered a suspected <br />diesel fuel release which was later identified as motor oil at the above referenced location from an <br />unknown source.
