Called and talk to <br />Chris Roy- YRC equipment Manager and confronted her about a spill of 600 <br />gallons, she had no knowledge about it, that she was off duty on her way home <br />she received a call that a fuel valve was leaking and she turn around and came <br />back to the facility and immediately got someone stop the spill and repair the <br />gasket. Discuss incident with lead Senior (John). <br />Arrived on site and made contact with the YRC equipment Manager II ( Chris Roy) <br />and observed the impacted area approximately 15 by 6 feet, the leak had stopped. <br />Absorbents and booms were applied on the impacted concrete. The equipment <br />Manager ll stated that some diesel fuel went to the strip drain onto the oil/water <br />separator. Observed approximately 50 gallon diesel fuel collected in an open 55 <br />gallon drum and approximately 10 gallon diesel collected in an open container . A <br />cleanup company (ANCON) is en route for cleanup. <br />Prepared and e mail notice to abate to Chris Roy(equipment <br />Manager).chris.roy@yrcfreight.com and she acknowledge receipt. <br />51 05 rpt Page 1 of 3
