Generated ERNEST <br />log2 and reviewed complaint. Called King Island Marina asking for an update on <br />the disposal of waste generated from the clean up of the ship. Reached Anne <br />Holden and she indicated she will pass a message to Charles Spurlock. <br />11/29/2022 Discussed complaint with John Alaniz. Called Charles Spurlock owner of King ERNEST <br />Island Marina who indicated they will send the relevant disposal records. <br />Emailed John A. to update him. <br />11/30/2022 Discussed complaint with John Alaniz. Received email from Charles Spurlock with ERNEST <br />a shipping notice indicating the waste was shipped. I reviewed the information <br />provided, and checked on DTSC website and found the consolidated hazardous <br />waste manifest. <br />Discussed site with John Alaniz and sent update to Charles Spurlock. <br />12/27/2022 Received email asking about disposal records. Searched email records and ERNEST <br />forwarded email with disposal records from King Island Marina to John Alaniz. <br />12/28/2022 Received email from John Alaniz asking for an update on the complaint. I ERNEST <br />indicated i have received disposal records. I forwarded the hazardous waste <br />manifest to John Alaniz. <br />04/06/2023 Read through narratives. Per narratives a photo log was made but no photos <br />could be found from the CUPA Inspection Photos folder or the Staff Sharing <br />folder. Generated Notice to Abate from Fred Ernest's daily serial number. <br />Generated ER01 and created site map. Could not find where Holiday Dock was <br />exactly. Printed map of just the overview of area with cross streets. Was looking in <br />the wrong month folder for photos. Found them in Fred's Photos folder. Saved <br />copy into CUPA Inspection Photos folder. Discussed with lead senior manifest that <br />Fred forwarded. Received forwarded email. Checked DTSC website and <br />generated TQR Detail Report for consolidated manifests and printed report. Noted <br />in PR0522380 (King Island HVV) to check disposal at next inspection.
