<br />OBSERVATIONS: Floor and hard to reach corners under 3 comp prep sink in back prep area, under the 3 comp sink and
<br />dish washer in the washing area, around the mop sink, under the cooling units and the cooking equipment in cooking area,
<br />under the storage shelves in the walk in cooler, have buildup and debris. Clean floor today and as needed.

<br />Walls, underneath 3 compartment prep sink, in the back prep area, and behind the cooking equipment in cooking area,
<br />have splatters. Clean the walls today and as needed.
<br />Floor and hard to reach corners, underneath Bar sinks and equipment, have build up and debris. Clean the floor today and
<br />as needed.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
