COMPLAINANT STATES THEIR CHILD ATE MACARONI AND <br /> CHEESE AT LUNCH A FEW HOURS LATER WHEN THEY CAME HOME THEY BEGAN VOMITING. COMPLAINANT <br /> STATES THEIR CHILD IS STILL FEELING ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF DIARRHEA,ACHES,AND THE CHILLS. <br /> COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. NO DOCTOR SEEN." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per Food Service Director, no employees have been ill, nor <br /> have any similar complaints been received. <br /> Per Food Service Director, macaroni and cheese was not served on 12-12-23. It was served on 12-5-23. Pasta with marinara <br /> sauce was served on 12-12-23. <br /> Per Food Service Director,the macaroni is prepared as follows: pre-packaged cheese sauce is removed from the walk-in <br /> freezer a few days prior to being needed and is thawed in the walk-in cooler. On the day the cheese sauce is needed for the <br /> making of the macaroni&cheese,the sauce is boiled in the tilt skillet and warmed to 160F. It is added to the cooked pasta <br /> noodles and additional cheese.
