As per person in charge,she is not aware of the complaint. No reported illness by employees. No employees working for <br /> other food facilities,day care or health care facilities. Staff not consuming food eaten by complainant. No out of the country <br /> traveling by employees. <br /> The meatball is received proportioned, prepackaged and frozen. It is stored in the main kitchen walk-in freezer. Some packs <br /> are pulled to be stored in the restaurant walk-in freezer, and some other packs are stored in the walk-in cooler to defrost. <br /> Walk-in cooler temperature is at 37F. Meat ball in the walk-in cooler is at 35F. Meatball will be cooked on the stove at 165F <br /> then will be hold at two door warmer air and on the steam table till served. 2 D warmer and steam table are turned off during <br /> my inspection. I requested to be turned on and after 20 min,temp are taken.2 D warmer and steam table are at 158F and <br /> 164F respectively.Q UAT is used at 200 ppm to sanitize utensils and surfaces. High temp dish washer is used for mechanical <br /> washing with 160F on utensils surfaces. Thermo labels are available. All hand wash sinks at the restaurant are accessible, at <br /> 100F or more and fully supplied with soap and paper towels from dispensers.As per person charge employees are washing <br /> hands between tasks. gloves are available. Probe thermometer is available, accurate and in use. QUAT trips are available. <br /> No raw shellfish available on site. Clean utensils are stored away from any chemicals to avoid any potential contamination of <br /> the food. Food temperature log is mai ntained.Outdoor pool is closed and water is drained. It will be re opened in Mid April <br /> 2023. <br /> During My inspection, I checked the pH and free chlorine for all pools. <br /> UV system readings at all pools are more than 60 Mega Joule minimum requirement. Log is maintained. <br /> Indoor children pool: pH <7 . Provide 7.2-7.8 today. Corrected/ Free Chlorine 3.2ppm <br /> Indoor Place Structure: pH >8. Provide 7.2-7.8 today. Corrected/Free Chlorine 4.6ppm <br /> Indoor Activity Pool: pH 7.6 Free Chlorine 3.2 ppm <br /> Indoor Wave Pool: pH 7.6 Free Chlorine 2.4 ppm <br /> Indoor Lazy River: pH 7.8 Free Chlorine 3.8 ppm <br /> Logs are maintained for all pools. Chemicals are checked 4 times per day.l checked the logs from 03/28 to 04/2 for any <br /> incident.Vomit and solid incidents happened at the wave, children and activity pools during this period. Facility dealt with the <br /> incidents as follow:Vomit/solid incidents when detected they close the pools, check pH and free chlorine.
